Are You Happy?
When we're happy, it affects our posture (we tend to slump), the many small muscles in our face that make up our facial expression (we frown), and other physical things. But guess what, it also works the other way around. Often, if you straighten up your posture and consciously relax your tense muscles and smile (and speak in a pleasant way), you find yourself cheering up--plus you make others around you feel better, because it's catching. Consciously or unconsciously, others read the subtle signs of your body language. !
